LifeOS is a personal operating system I’m developing to manage work, knowledge, communication and decision making in one place. The goal is to create a structured environment where ideas, tasks, conversations and long-term projects connect naturally.

The system combines automation, data, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce friction in how information flows through daily life.

The system is built programmatically and evolves as I build new workflows and ideas.

This website itself runs on the foundations of that system.

The Water

Fishing is where I slow down and think.

Many of the ideas behind my systems and workflows start there.

Fishing has always been a way for me to slow down and think clearly.

I started documenting some of these trips through Frosty, a small YouTube project where I film and edit fishing sessions from start to finish. What began as a hobby has turned into an ongoing experiment in storytelling, editing and outdoor exploration.

I work closely with developers, product teams and commercial teams, often acting as the bridge between customer reality and how a platform evolves.

Across roles I’ve helped build customer success operations, introduce data-driven decision making, and design processes that make outcomes repeatable rather than dependent on individual heroics.
